Cucumber and Dill Cream Cheese Sandwich's  

Ingredients 

any type of bread with the crust cut off
1 cucumber 
1 8oz package cream cheese 
1 tablespoon dill weed 
1/2 teaspoon sea salt 
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder 
1/4 teaspoon onion powder 
2 tablespoons dried chives 
extra salt for cucumbers 

Peel the cucumber and slice in thin slices, lay the cucumber slices out on cutting board or plate, salt lighty. 

Beat cream cheese in kitchen aid until smooth, add dry ingredients dill, sea salt ext.
Smooth the cream cheese mixture on to the bread and then place the cucumber slices on top.
